1. General Policy
Elite VIP Transport strives to provide exceptional service. Refunds are issued in accordance with the terms below. By booking with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Cancellations by Client

More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund of prepaid fare.

Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: Up to 100% of the fare may be charged; no refund guaranteed.

No-shows (failure to meet the driver at the designated pickup time/location): No refund; full fare charged.
3. Cancellations by Elite VIP Transport
If Elite VIP Transport cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown without replacement), you will receive a full refund.

In cases of delays or cancellations caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, road closures, traffic incidents), refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Service Issues
If you experience a significant service failure attributable to Elite VIP Transport (such as late pickup without notice, vehicle unavailability, or driver misconduct):

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.
