Elite VIP Transport – Black Car Service
1. General
By booking or using services provided by Elite VIP Transport (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all reservations, rides, and related services. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Reservations & Booking

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via approved booking platforms.

A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate details (pickup time, location, passenger count, luggage, etc.).

Special requests (child seats, additional stops, etc.) must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: Up to 100% of the fare may be charged.

No-shows (failure to meet your driver at the scheduled pickup location/time): Full fare will be charged.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Rates, Fees & Payment

Rates are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on distance, time, vehicle type, and special requests.

Additional charges may apply for:

Waiting time beyond the included grace period (typically 15 minutes for standard pickups, 60 minutes for airport pickups).

Extra stops, detours, or route changes requested by the Client.

Cleaning fees for spills, stains, or damage to the vehicle caused by the Client or their party.

All payments must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
5. Conduct & Responsibilities

Smoking, use of illegal substances, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose conduct poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party.
6. Delays & Liability

While we strive for punctuality, the Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The Company is not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to such delays.

Liability for loss or damage to luggage, personal items, or valuables is limited unless negligence on our part is proven.
7. Safety & Compliance

All drivers are licensed, insured, and vetted for safety.

Vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with local transportation regulations.

Elite VIP Transport adheres to all applicable laws, including those governing commercial passenger transport.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state/country where the Company operates.
